Watched the you tube feed from Hastings Canada overall a better team than Salisbury….really well taken goal but someone needs to coach this boy how to play with his back to goal and how to bring in midfielders……his first touch was shocking
Solid at back occasional lapses playing out for back suggest new personnel have yet to adapt to style,Salisbury changed their approach second half and went long possibly in the hope of creating space for midfield and backs to run into…never really happened except maybe 10-15 mins before end when they had a solid spell of possession
3 points help get back into the mix especially with another raft of postponements around the league

I feel this was such an important result as we come to the halfway point of the season. We’ve had a poor run (most teams have them) but getting results against the top teams are important than the lower to mid table teams. Let’s hope we can push from today’s result and still have something to play for come March/April

Just in from family birthday bash. Really sorry I had to miss this one, especially after seeing the result. Well done the team. How did we play? Did we deserve the win?

Thought we were outstanding in tough conditions against a decent side. A very un-Swans like performance really, plenty of grit, fight and scrap. Similar to the game at their place, very few chances but a clinical finish from Ibrahim from a Pointing through ball won it. The back 4 of Points, Mitch, Arsen and Eoin Bolger were fantastic and deserved the clean sheet. Tyla didn’t really have a save to make but controlled the box well. Was a great team performance all round

Surprised how quite the forum is after such a great and what could prove to be such significant result. But what do I know ! . I've said it before when we get good results its very quiet on forum ,bad results its very busy ,the players preformed superbly despite certain players missing ,the whole team worked well and gave everything ,proven thats there is nothing really wrong ,we are doing well in a different league ,but as usual negativity creeps in ,good luck to swans in next 2 away matches if they go ahead ,and to those fans who are traveling to those matches ,we've got quality in the squad and will be in promotion spots again this season,

Great result-just shows most recent games have been based on tight margins-sometimes you get the breaks & sometimes you don't!

Great win, very different type of performance from Swans but still thoroughly enjoyable and a fully deserved win. Onto the next one

Thought we were more direct than recent games. Rather than going sideways and back we were more moving forward with the ball that unsettled their defence. Apart from the great result yesterday it was great to see with both our 2 last games we did not field our strongest squad yet still beat the team second in the league. Well done squad.
