Yes we have had a dip in form In the last few months. But realistically what was the hopes for this season? After three successive promotions it’s east to get caught up and see that as the norm and the objective for the season. However, half a dozen players+ in the squad were there three seasons ago playing a much lower level of football. They will hit a ceiling and they have.
We had a good start and promotion looked possible (still is, just). To gauge the season I think we should look at Basingstoke. They pipped us to the title last season, and whilst we have an outside chance at promotion and they have an outside chance of relegation. Based on that could you argue the first 24 games of the season have been a success?

I totally agree with what you’ve said, also I feel as a club we are in a much stronger position both on and off the pitch to sustain this level of football. It’s time to take stock of how far The Swans have come, we now have a club to be proud of, and are the envy of many other clubs.
