Can only agree with your comments Mike. Swans shot themselves in the foot - twice - again! Surely this has got to stop. Conceding possession in your own half time and again can only lead to disaster and that's what happened this afternoon. We got away with it a few times aa well. Losing at home to a side as ordinary as Basingstoke is shameful. Basingstoke opened the scoring in the 15th minute when Swans were caught out again playing out from the back. Ten minutes later Swans equalised when a great run and cross down the right by John Powell was finished by Trae Cook in the middle. Basingstoke retook the lead when, yet again, Swans list possession playing out from the back. As for the segregation of the fans, well, I don't think that was necessary and, apparently, we had to have double the number of stewards which cost the club a lot of money. It was a decision made by the sports hub who own the ground not the club! It cost places leisure not Walton and Hersham FC! If we don’t pick up points. True supporters would be saying well done on getting here and staying here! Most teams would have the goal to not be relegated in a first season up. To learn the league.! Once the league has been learned over a couple of seasons they may then have found players to help win and sponsorship to help pay for the players.! Surely some of these comments have to stop! The expectation from ‘some’ supporters is unbelievable. The fact is no other teams are arguing with their own supporters, but I think often these comments are made by people that have come along when we started winning.! Basingstoke players are laughing at this thread, even they cannot believe what horrendous support some of the swans supporters are showing after recent years.! Yeah we played bad on Saturday.! Some of the games we have lost we played great !!!! Some of the games we won we played bad.!!!!!!

Alex Kelly at centre back??? Mitch at right back, and Arsen, who is perfectly capable at CB was available but not even a sub! Madness. They had two chances, two chances we gifted them. Scored both. When premier league teams who play this style (Liverpool, City etc) conceded from it its collateral damage, part of the ‘greater good’. However we are conceding more from it than we are scoring. People say we need a new striker, we need new defenders. WE HAVE NO MIDFIELD. We have a back 4 and a front 6. There is no enforcers, no governors, no one bosses it. Too light weight. Rant over.

Wow you should be playing, or deciding the team!! I hope you can find the players you’re hoping for though because you need plenty of money to pay for them!!!! Rant over too.!!

As I only watched online I'll wait for those that were at the game to comment Biting my tongue but words like dreadful, abysmal, clueless come to mind, we are going backwards with this type of display.. and rapidly down the League ... over to others that were actually there ? Clueless! Think that’s Harsh, struggling at the level for some maybe.! Hopefully last night will stop some of the negative so called Walton and Hersham Fc supporters hating.! As to the league, really the only aim, should be to stay in it, seeing as we are one of four of the new kids on the block and all the other teams newly promoted have exactly this goal or objective, also have most would all to stay in it for a couple of seasons, whilst looking for sponsorships, to help fund players to help the team be able to then go for the next step of making the play offs. It seems the expectation of some is that Walton and Hersham can win no matter how high they go with no time to just ensure they stay in the league. Also the same in professional football, you do not go up and expect to win you go up with the goal of staying. I wish people would realise that and start actually being a bit smarter and way more supportive. The supporters being negative are also to blame as part of the reason for the losses, as keep telling the players on social media plus the management team that they are rubbish or have to go is only going to dampen spirits more and make the confidence and morale low. So these so called supporters should start to take a look at themselves and also take responsibility for some of these losses. If the boys were encouraged and supported maybe they would not have lost so much confidence to end up making terrible mistakes! Supporters should learn to support and not hate, or I hate to say but this type of supporter should just move around picking the teams most likely to win each season and glory support go for the fun. Let me help anyone reading this with that I would not recommend picking a new team in a new league that is 3 levels higher on where they were a couple of years ago.

Headmaster you use this word "hate" a lot which I find distasteful, myself and most of the fans on here have spent thousands of pounds following the Club over the last few decades.
Just bring this down to reality, we fans don't "hate" Walton&Hersham it's our love of the club that keeps us following them through thick n thin
I dont go with sack the manager in any way but stand by my words re the Basingstoke game, as do most fans I've conversed with, we CAN DO BETTER and sometimes its just not viewing it like the King with no clothes on.
Maybe choose less controversial/inflammatory words to describe loyal fans 😉

Absolutely right Mike, you've just beaten me to it. Had two extreme responses on this thread. With the exception of the original poster I don't think anyone wants the management team out. It would be absolutely nuts. Apart from being a knee-jerk reaction to a tough period while we are finding our feet in this league, they are an intergral part of the redevelopment of the club as a whole. Get rid of them, most players would follow and we'll be starting from scratch once again.
BUT... the vast majority of the fans on here have committed vast amounts of time and money to the club, often over decades and decades. They are desperate to see the club succeed. We are allowed to have opinions on games and call out disappointing performances without being referred to as "so-called supporters". Even then though, I really don't see any "hate". Nobody keeps telling the players and management that they are rubbish. Virtually everyone is supportive and understands Rome wasn't built in a day - don't assume one or two supporters are speaking for the whole fanbase. Genuinely think you are reading the room wrong.

We all get dissapointed with our loses but thats why we all love this club with a passion. Good Days and bad days we are all still here and the support is growing. 800 for our last match and the crowds are increasing. We are usd to success and just sometimes team selection and tactics we find confusing but we are all arm chair football managers and know better than the management themselves. I am sure all the players and Scotty/Bill are lifted by the home support and feel thge pain when we do too. Lets find our feet this season and enjoy all the remaining games. There are still some great games ahead and hopefully some great results too.

Exactly. This new guy ‘headmaster’ has come in very strong saying the reason we are having a bad run of form is because the fans moan on social media 😂. Seems very aggressive and is a bit suspicious. The notion that fans can’t voice their opinion on the club, good or bad is ridiculous. It’s good to be able to vent your frustrations with like minded people, finding a common ground and not bottling things up. Sone criticism can be unnecessary and I’m not in the ‘manager out camp’. If the season were to finish today and we get 7th, it would be a successful season. However if I think the selection and tactics are off I will come on here and say it. Doesn’t make me negative. Makes me a fan who gives a shit.

Well said Harry 👏 Constructive criticism is fine, and we all know defence is our weakness as is losing so many goals from this technique of passing short from the GK
