Thanks for the press release details John. "Affordable" housing is a farcical statement from the developers; the sort of properties pictured are bound to be in 3 figure thousands and Stompond lane will be choked with extra traffic. Both ends of Stompond Lane will be very difficult to enter and exit and the local residents will surely rue the day they gave the development the green light. People who can afford the new houses will suffer from inadequate parking facilities for sure as proposed buyers will almost certainly have 2 or 3 cars. All in all, the development is bound to cause nightmares for all those who will be affected. As in all these types of scenarios, the profiteering developers are usually the only winners at the end of the day.

Am posting this to get rid of this Toko twat who has infiltrated our site and can't even communicate in English. Suggest he or she gets hold of his pills and stuffs them where the sun don't shine!

As in all these types of scenarios, the profiteering developers are usually the only winners at the end of the day. this is written in 2018 and when we went to the meeting to see about the ground all the couciller would keep going on about was profit and making money well do sent it work both ways perhaps not only gate receipts and raffle go to the club and now fixtures get changed so it is defiantly not what you would expect to happen when it is supposed to be a neutral venue for swans Walton athletic club Walton casuals .
