Since 1955 in the 61 year history of the European Cup 213 sides have been 4-0 down in the first leg, not one of them has ever gone through to the next round. Mission Impossible? Maybe not if you have some of the most positive players & fans on the planet.
4-0 down from the first leg, you put 3 in the back of the net and the away team has just got an away goal worth two. At 88 minutes into the game you need 3 goals to win or you are out of the Europeans Champions League, and its looking like a job that's mission impossible.
Nothing is impossible when you have some of the most positive winners players & fans on the planet.
Its been great seeing Swans turn themselves around from not winning a game at the end of last season to a winning side this season thanks to Simon and all the players, and l have noticed some comments about how good the Swans fans are, how they are really getting behind the team this season in match reports from other sides that's got to be worth a few points. It always pays to have a positive outlook however bad things might become.
With rumours that the top two sides grounds might not be up to scratch for promotion in the CCL with time running out, the Swans should never give up or become complacent make that every last second that they play in every game count, as promotion might still be a distant chance.
Your love will take us higher, Come on you Swans.

Totally agree 1969...A positive attitude is the ideal way to move towards your hoped for outcomes. Has been good to see Swans' resurgence this season despite a dwindling number of loyal fans and in quite a number of games, self belief and positivity have been in evidence throughout the players, leading to some really good results. Of course there have been disappointments too, but thats life sometimes. For me, our best display was in the unexpected home victory over the runaway league leaders Hartley Wintney.

We sure could do with one of those greatest ever Barcelona type magic last minute positive comebacks right now Fred win every last game hope the others drop some points slip up, its looking pretty near impossible unachievable with the points gap that Bedfont Sports & Sutton Common Rovers have opened up on us. Funny enough it was the Hartley Wintney was my first game l watched at Stompond Lane in ages Fred. It was more the shocking outrageous news that EBC were gonna knock the Stompond Lane ground down sell it off to property speculators that reignited my love of Walton & Hersham, if they EBC had done a Staines Town on the ground l would have been happy with that. l take my hat off to you Fred & others like Eddie who have stuck with the Swans though both the good and the bad times.
